Refund Policy

We take utmost care in selling our products to our customers by giving them prior information and in most of the cases by giving a virtual or onsite demo depending upon the customer requirements. Our products are hygiene related and hence we do not follow a refund policy, which means goods once sold can-not be taken back and no refund or replacement can be issued under any circumstances. A replacement is issued only in case of dead on arrival product reported within 2 days of receipt of a product by a customer and verified by our authorized service centre on mail at cs@milagrow.in.

However, we follow a flexible 7 days’ easy return policy for our floor cleaning robots as mentioned below.

How the 7-Day Return Works
Coverage Period: If your product has a manufacturing defect or is not working as expected, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Purchases: This policy warmly extends to all our D2C customers purchasing directly through our official website or Amazon India. (Items purchased through other channels are covered under our standard service warranty).

Simple One-Time Registration: To help us serve you seamlessly, please register your product warranty and upload your purchase invoice at

milagrowhumantech.com/register-warranty.

Milagrow service team will inspect the product and approve for return as per return eligibility criteria.

Easy Return Guidelines
Product Condition: To ensure a smooth approval, please clean the robot and send the product back with its original box, accessories, user manuals, and invoice in good condition. Make a short 30 second video of packed product you want to return, share on WhatsApp with us at 9910019853 and keep it with you also for your reference.

Shipping & Handling: For return refunds, applicable courier charges will be payable by the customer.

Quick Processing: Once your returned item arrives, our technical team will complete a quick inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be processed promptly within 2 working days.
